Respected Sir/Mam,
With due respect I bag to say that I am a student of your school and recently I completed my Class-5th with first division and now I would not be able to continue at your school from next session. My father is getting transferred to Mumbai therefore I will have to continue my studies there. I have no pending dues to clear. We are going to left this city by this week only. Therefore,I request you to issue my transfer certificate as soon as possible so that I could take admission as earlier in new school.
I also want to thank you for guiding and supporting me in my studies. It was my pleasant experience in this wonderful school.
